Ansell is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This role provides administrative support to the Site Leader while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls. Supports overall office operations through a range of clerical activities, with a strong focus on site safety and compliance. Coordinates and manages multiple activities and projects, requiring strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Exercises independent judgment to resolve issues and support project, department, and site-level initiatives effectively.

What your role will be?
Performs general clerical and administrative support for site operations.
Manages office communications, suppliers, and daily employee requests.
Greets visitors and handles incoming calls professionally.
Coordinates meetings, trainings, and company events. Processes mail, shipments, and purchase requisitions for office and IT supplies.
Supports administrative transactions and ensures alignment with company policies and procedures.
Assists internal teams and external visitors, including travel and logistics coordination.
Acts as main contact with building management, ensuring compliance with facility requirements.
Provides cross-functional support to Sales, HR, Finance, and EHS teams.
Participates in Health and Safety Committee activities, including meeting coordination, inspections, and documentation.
Maintains safety standards by reporting incidents and unsafe conditions.
Ensures compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
Supports additional administrative tasks such as scheduling, employee communications, and document preparation.

Education
Bilingual receptionist, Administration or any other related studies.
Job Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
Knowledge and Skills
English (verbal/written skills).
Bilingual with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
- Possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Maintains high discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
- Exercises sound judgment with strong initiative and flexibility.
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Shows a strong customer service orientation.
