About the Role: The Senior Client Services Analyst (Sr. CSA) is a key member of the Client Services and Case Intake team, serving as a trusted operational and client‑facing partner for assigned corporate accounts. This role is well‑suited for an experienced business immigration professional who thrives in a high‑volume environment and enjoys driving accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction from the front end of the case lifecycle.

As a Sr. CSA, you’ll act as an experienced liaison between clients, foreign nationals, and internal legal and processing teams - ensuring cases are initiated accurately, prepared thoroughly, and positioned for success.
Case Initiation & Intake
Own end‑to‑end case initiation and intake readiness for assigned clients
Launch, track, and follow up on immigration questionnaires
Resolve missing or inconsistent information and ensure assignment‑ready files
Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to attorneys or management
Client & Internal Coordination
Manage shared client inboxes and respond to routine inquiries with professionalism and timeliness
Serve as a senior point of contact for intake, process, and case status questions
Partner closely with legal and operational teams to support smooth case progression
Ensure all communications and documents are properly uploaded and organized in Firm systems
Systems, Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case data in immigration case management systems
Perform audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity
Generate and review reports, expiration tracking, and case status updates
Operational Support & Team Contribution
Monitor deadlines and drive timely follow‑up with clients and foreign nationals
Support immigration‑related mail handling and administrative workflows
Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives
Provide informal guidance or mentoring to junior team members, as needed
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
2+ years of business immigration experience, ideally supporting corporate clients
Hands‑on experience with nonimmigrant visas, including H‑1B, H‑1B1, TN, E‑3, L‑1/Blanket L‑1, O‑1, F‑1 OPT/STEM OPT, and options for dependents
Hands‑on experience with immigrant / permanent residence matters, including PERM, Labor Certifications, I‑140 (including EB‑1 MNM, EA, and OR), and Adjustment of Status
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and service excellence
Proven ability to manage high case volumes and competing deadlines
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working across multiple systems.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is:
$63,000.00 - $75,000.00You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans.
