Job Description

Fragomen is a global leader in immigration services, partnering with many of the world’s most innovative organizations. Our work sits at the intersection of law, business, and people - helping companies and their talent navigate complex, fast‑moving immigration matters.

At Fragomen, you’ll find a collaborative, inclusive culture where expertise is valued, initiative is encouraged, and careers are built for the long term across legal, operational, and client‑facing teams.

About the Role: The Senior Client Services Analyst (Sr. CSA) is a key member of the Client Services and Case Intake team, serving as a trusted operational and client‑facing partner for assigned corporate accounts. This role is well‑suited for an experienced business immigration professional who thrives in a high‑volume environment and enjoys driving accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction from the front end of the case lifecycle.

How will you make a difference as a Senior Client Services Analyst at Fragomen?

As a Sr. CSA, you’ll act as an experienced liaison between clients, foreign nationals, and internal legal and processing teams - ensuring cases are initiated accurately, prepared thoroughly, and positioned for success.

Case Initiation & Intake

  • Own end‑to‑end case initiation and intake readiness for assigned clients

  • Launch, track, and follow up on immigration questionnaires

  • Resolve missing or inconsistent information and ensure assignment‑ready files

  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to attorneys or management

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Manage shared client inboxes and respond to routine inquiries with professionalism and timeliness

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for intake, process, and case status questions

  • Partner closely with legal and operational teams to support smooth case progression

  • Ensure all communications and documents are properly uploaded and organized in Firm systems

Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case data in immigration case management systems

  • Perform audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity

  • Generate and review reports, expiration tracking, and case status updates

Operational Support & Team Contribution

  • Monitor deadlines and drive timely follow‑up with clients and foreign nationals

  • Support immigration‑related mail handling and administrative workflows

  • Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives

  • Provide informal guidance or mentoring to junior team members, as needed

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:

  • 2+ years of business immigration experience, ideally supporting corporate clients

  • Hands‑on experience with nonimmigrant visas, including H‑1B, H‑1B1, TN, E‑3, L‑1/Blanket L‑1, O‑1, F‑1 OPT/STEM OPT, and options for dependents

  • Hands‑on experience with immigrant / permanent residence matters, including PERM, Labor Certifications, I‑140 (including EB‑1 MNM, EA, and OR), and Adjustment of Status

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and service excellence

  • Proven ability to manage high case volumes and competing deadlines

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working across multiple systems.

What will help you succeed:

  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and comfort flagging issues early

  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mentality

  • Interest in mentoring others and contributing to team development

  • Curiosity about improving processes and enhancing client experience
