Job Description

  • Manage good relationships with key buyers to secure sales order, space and promotion with focus to business growth.
  • Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales out and sales in, stock availabilities with Focus to stores stock inventories.
  • Plan and implement trade promotions, promo campaigns in coordination with trade marketing & Buyer need.
  • Identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts program.
  • New Product Listing: Process and execution as per plan.
  • Monitor inventory levels at stores to prevent stockouts and increase sales out.
  • Developing tailored account plans to meet the specific needs of high-value product and ensure business growth.
  • Purchase Order Management: Po process to accounts delivery confirmation with good service level result.
  • Collection & Payment: Invoice payment monitoring internal and external and monitoring collection as per target.
  • Monitoring, Review, and collaboration with Team Leader & stores Sales Promotion to growth sales.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, analyze performance data, and monitor competitor activity, pricing, and strategies.
  • Tracking sales metrics and reporting on key account performance, including revenue targets and satisfaction levels.
  • Negotiating contracts, promo activities and pricing, and service terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Good business communication to all business partner.
  • Working cross with all department (Internal and External) to create good result and achieve target sales.
