Data Operations (Semi-Consignment) Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the team We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads

Responsibilities: -As a key support function within the operations team, you will work on standardized execution and operational data tasks, including but not limited to: -Perform data cleaning, data preparation, and operational data support to ensure consistent, accurate, and traceable data outputs -Configure and maintain Sample Vouchers&Creator Commissions based on SOPs, including basic checks and issue escalation -Support batch operational tasks related to creators/merchants (e.g., list management, progress tracking, information archiving) -Handle other SOP-based operational support tasks assigned by the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business analyst or a related discipline.
• Prior internship experience in internet / e-commerce is required
• Solid data analysis skills with strong logical thinking; able to summarize and document workflows and insights clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of creator operations with hands-on operations experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Affiliate ecosystems, creator operations workflows, or commission mechanisms is a plus
