  • Support project delivery by managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables for discrete scopes of work

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geoscience, engineering, and environmental disciplines

  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, including regulators

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior hydrogeologists and field staff

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or Geoscience (Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous but not essential).

  • Ideally 5–10 years of professional experience in hydrogeology or related geoscience roles, including:

    • Fieldwork (e.g. drilling supervision, logging, groundwater sampling, hydraulic testing)

    • Office‑based tasks such as groundwater data analysis, bore log compilation, hydrographs, aquifer test interpretation, and report contribution

  • Experience working on resource, water, or infrastructure projects

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders

  • Willingness to undertake domestic and occasional international travel

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
