Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the doctor to drive practice growth, performance, and patient experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Own front office operations, including scheduling, billing, and collections
- Improve patient experience, retention, and production
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive results
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' of prior experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice
- 1+ years' experience with AR experience
- Experience with Dental Software
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Denticon is the system we use. Having this experience would be beneficial
- Leadership experience.
