Associate Manager - Civil

Purpose of the Job : Responsible for Ensuring the good condition of the building by maintenance Providing support to other departments related to the civil works Green belt maintenance. Major Responsibilities : Preparation and Adherence to project activity Attend the internal customer complaints Implement activities related to closure statutory compliance Closing of BBS complaints Ssupport for Capex jobs taken up by other functions. Co-ordinating and maintaining the landscaping of the entire plant Skills : Industrial Building CAD2018 MS Office knowledge Basic knowledge about SAP Relevant Experience : 8 - 12 Years Education Qualification(s) : B.E/ B.Tech ( Civil).
