The role focuses on risk identification, hazard mitigation, employee engagement and proactive safety leadership to foster a strong safety culture and achieve zero-incident potential workplace. Major Responsibilities : Occupational Health Safety Management Regulatory Compliance RiskAssessment Incident Management Safety Standards Technical Controls Training Awareness Employee Engagement Audits,Inspections Compliance Emergency Preparedness Crisis Management ContinuousImprovement Fire Loss Prevention Relevant Experience : Overall 2 + years of experience working in large manufacturing plants in the field of Health Safety Education Qualification(s) : (a)Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering with Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Preferably from RLI / CLI or Recognized by Sate Government (Full time course) as Qualified Safety Officer OR (b)Bachelor Degree in Fire Safety Engineering
