Job Description
Position Summary:
The Puller/Sander/Painter is responsible for separating parts from molds safety and securely as to not cause any damage as well as sanding and painting the part for a clean finish. The Puller/Sander/Painter will be required to use power tools (DA, Sander Tool) and must be experienced in reading a tape measure.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Pull and separate molds from the part safely and securely.
- Sand parts down to a smooth finish for painting.
- Mix gelcoat and MEKP to hand paint small parts.
- Separate part from the mold once paint cures using a mallet and shims.
- Organize molds when not in use.
- Sort parts by the schedule and make sure they are located in the designated area for the cut booth.
- Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy.
- Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Mathematical Skills: General math skills required.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
