
Customer Experience Associate - Indianapolis
Job Description
The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound activities for our insurance agents. They support the entire agency and all inbound clients and prospects, and they may be assigned to multiple agents at a time. They assist and guide our clients through the different discount platforms that we offer. They set customer meetings, handle payments and policy changes, and help cross-sell certain lines of business. They must be able to provide effective and immediate customer service to all clients.
