Manage and control consigned inventory assets to meet customer and asset management objectives.
Work closely with customers and off-site sales staff to obtain and validate consigned inventory consumption forecasts.
Load forecasts into the company's Order Management system and submit appropriate purchase orders to sister manufacturing company in Switzerland/ Malaysia.
Cross-functionality skills to work with product groups to resolve issues/answer queries; including finance, and sales.
Place and expedite orders with our sister manufacturing company in Switzerland/ Malaysia. Manage shipping instructions various ERP platforms.
Be proactive in communicating problems and/or delays with customers.
Review and expedite backorders.
Process RMAs and quotations for customer product returns to be serviced.
Work with accounts receivable and field sales engineers to resolve AP issues.
Ensure that supporting customer purchase orders are received and kept as backup.
Answer incoming customer phone calls.
