
Creator Operations and Programs Manager - TikTok Operations

About the Team: Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. Our team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high-quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content, education programs and monetization opportunities. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Setup: Lead pre-phase preparation for each monetization program cycle — identifying eligible creator cohorts, confirming phase goals and KPIs in partnership with product, coordinating technical setup, and initiating outreach invites ahead of launch.
- Creator Enrollment & Onboarding: Manage the full enrollment funnel from invite through onboarding — tracking performance by outreach channel, rolling out additional touchpoints, and ensuring new joiners receive a clear program breakdown and warm introduction to the experience.
- Targeted Creator Management: Identify and initiate high-touch onboarding for strategic targets and high-performing net-new creators, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
- Creator Education & Mid-Phase Support: Monitor creator progress throughout the active phase and intervene proactively — delivering status updates to creators at risk of missing posting requirements, conducting 1:1 feedback calls, and distributing scaled education resources and best practices to keep the cohort on track.
- End-of-Phase Operations & Payment Processing: Own the late and post-phase workflow end-to-end — sending countdown reminders, completing winner vetting, preparing final results lists for review and approval, and coordinating with XFNs full payment cycle.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct structured retrospectives after each phase in collaboration with PGC and Ops, translating results into actionable insights for the next cycle.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in creator operations, program management, or partnerships within a digital platform or content environment.
- Strong project management skills — comfortable owning multiple workstreams across a defined program lifecycle with clear deadlines and milestones.
- Detail-oriented with experience in creator vetting, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Effective communicator, able to deliver feedback and educational content to creators in a way that drives behavior change.
- Familiarity with creator monetization mechanics and incentive program structures.
- Collaborative and process-driven, with the ability to work across PGC, Ops, and local program teams to align on goals and execution.
