Job Summary
Major Tasks
- Plan and execute strategic ideas to enhance the Club's image and profile.
- Proactively coordinate events and publicity matters with various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to support initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive publicity and communication efforts.
- Prepare reports and necessary information related to events and publicity.
- Identify and build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
- Provide on-site support during major events and international races.
- Maintain good relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
Education
Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in event management, customer relations, or marketing communications.
- Proven experience in coordinating event logistics and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the social welfare sector, community services, or philanthropy is preferable.
- Experience in targeting affluent customers or corporations, particularly in the PRC or nearby regions, is a plus.
