Build custom, full-stack applications that connect our core Workday data with modern AI services. Develop and maintain AI "wrapper" solutions that allow our systems to intelligently process, summarize, and act on HR data. Create seamless API-driven integrations between Workday, iPaaS platforms, and external AI models to automate complex workflows. Partner with our architecture team to design scalable, cloud-ready solutions that replace manual processes with smart, automated digital experiences. Drive the future of our HR technology by experimenting with new AI use cases, giving you the chance to build high-visibility tools that directly enhance the experience for employees to deliver their best to Cisco.

Minimum Qualifications

Atleast 2 years of full-stack development experience (e.g., Python, GoLang, or Node.js) with a focus on building and deploying scalable applications.

Experience building and integrating AI-based solutions (e.g., working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI wrappers).

Strong experience designing, building, and consuming REST/SOAP APIs to connect disparate systems.

Familiarity with cloud-native development and deploying applications in containerized environments.

Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle, from writing clean code to production deployment and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday development tools (Workday Extend, Studio, or EIB).

Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or custom middleware) and database management (SQL/PostgreSQL).

Experience with AI frameworks or libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar) to solve business problems.

A strong passion for building intuitive user interfaces and backend services that simplify complex enterprise processes.

Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
