🕗 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

🩺 Job Description
- Oversee daily medical operations within the facility
- Provide direct patient care as needed while guiding clinical workflow
- Collaborate with custody staff and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with state and company policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Coordinate sick calls, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact at the site
✅ Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
