Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including:
Core HR
Compensation
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Grade & Grade Rate structures
Support implementation of 4D pay range structures:
LDG

Assist in compensation benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives.
Participate in requirement gathering, CRPs, testing, and user workshops.
Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Technical Responsibilities
Configure and support:
DFF/EFF
Fast Formula
BI Publisher / OTBI reports
HDL/HSDL data loads
Approval workflows
Support ORC customization for:
Automated salary fetching
Job-based requisition logic
Background concatenation rules
Assist in integration and data migration activities.
Perform unit testing, SIT support, and defect resolution.
