  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams to implement new initiatives effectively
  • Apply AI-enabled tools already in use across the team (e.g., intelligent reporting, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted testing) to improve data validation, exception handling, and overall O2C process efficiency
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution and deployment of ERP changes
  • Provide day-to-day application support and financial close activities during the Month End, Year End, and quarterly maintenance activities
  • Integrate AI-driven insights into business workflows, shifting from reactive support to predictive, data-driven decision-making across finance, revenue, and operations functions
  • Collaborate with external Oracle support and consultants to resolve escalated issues as needed
  • Adapt and perform effectively in a dynamically changing environment

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, with proven success in implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support

  • Skilled in Oracle tools including SQL, OTBI, FBDI, with practical experience in data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Comfort operating in AI-enabled workflows, where responsibilities evolve from manual reporting and support toward automation oversight, insight generation, and exception-driven analysis
  • Nice to have: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services for seamless integrations and process automation
  • Nice to have: Additional process knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), General Ledger and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) is an added advantage
