0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, service, or engineering support role within a regulated or technical environment (including applicable internships or co‑op experience).
Foundational understanding of manufacturing or service engineering principles, including process documentation, standard work, and change control.
Experience supporting or troubleshooting technical processes, systems, or equipment using structured problem‑solving methods.
Ability to analyze basic data sets and translate findings into clear documentation or process improvements with guidance.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to support training, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
