Silver Dollar City - Marketing Agent I, Contact Center (Full-Time Seasonal, 2026)

As a Reservation Center agent, you’ll answer customer calls and provide guests with information about Silver Dollar City’s family of attractions, as well as other Herschend Family Entertainment properties across the United States. Our agents are responsible for selling daily and multi day tickets and multiple season pass types. In addition, our agents assist guests with navigating e-commerce flows and park apps. With training, agents are expected to service a minimum of 4 HFE properties and communicate effectively by phone and channels requiring written communication.
