MOVE FORWARD WITH US
-
Administrative Support for Global Tax Operations
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Global Tax team, including document processing, maintaining electronic and physical files, and supporting routine compliance and reporting activities. -
Global Tax Compliance Calendar Management
Maintain and monitor the Global Tax Compliance Calendar by tracking filing, reporting, and payment deadlines across jurisdictions, following up on open items, and helping ensure deadlines are met. -
Invoice, Payment, and Documentation Tracking
Manage tax‑related invoices and payment tracking, maintain supporting documentation, and manage sales tax exemption certificates to ensure records are complete and audit‑ready. -
Tax Filings & Compliance Coordination
Prepare, submit, and track non‑technical governmental filings such as state registrations, annual reports, and related applications, under the direction of tax professionals and external advisors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. -
Information Coordination & Special Projects
Support internal and external information requests related to tax and compliance matters and assist with special projects, recurring tasks, and process improvements as needed.
-
A highly organized, detail‑oriented professional
You take pride in accuracy, documentation, and organization, and you are comfortable handling recurring administrative tasks with consistency and care. -
A reliable self‑starter who works well on a team
You are comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek clarification, and you collaborate effectively with a broader team. -
Someone who manages deadlines with confidence
You are skilled at prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining a strong sense of urgency in a deadline‑driven environment. -
A professional who values integrity and confidentiality
You handle sensitive financial and corporate information responsibly and understand the importance of discretion. -
A continuous learner with a process‑improvement mindset
You look for ways to improve organization, efficiency, and workflows and are open to learning new systems and processes.
- Professional Experience & Industry Familiarity: The role requires 2–4 years of experience in a professional setting. Preference is given to those who have worked in a corporate tax department, a law firm, or public accounting, as these environments share the same high stakes for accuracy and deadlines.
- High-Level Detail Orientation & Accuracy: Because you are handling sensitive financial data and government filings, there is zero room for "clerical drift." The ideal candidate must be someone who naturally spots errors and takes pride in the precision of their data entry and document processing.
- Time Management & Self-Direction: You must be able to "multi-task and problem-solve with minimal supervision." The team needs someone who can look at a compliance calendar, prioritize what needs to happen today versus next week, and execute those tasks without needing constant reminders.
- Software & Data Proficiency: You must be highly comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel. Much of the tracking and reconciliation tasks will happen within spreadsheets, so you need to be comfortable navigating formulas and large sets of data.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: Working in a global tax department means having access to the company’s most sensitive financial secrets. A strong sense of ethics and a proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality are non-negotiable.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
