Job Description
- Own METI IT application operations, stability, and service delivery
- Lead and manage the IT Application Operations / ETRM support team
- Ensure successful execution of End-of-Day (EOD) and batch processing
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1–L2) application support
- Act as primary escalation point for IT-related application incidents
- Manage third-party vendors and offshore support partners
- Monitor and improve platform availability, performance, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities
- Ensure appropriate runbooks, documentation, and operational controls are in place
- Partner with the Head of Business Operations to support business-led change
- Strong experience supporting enterprise trading or financial systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Endur or similar ETRM platforms
- Proven experience working in cloud architecture (Azure)
- Proven experience leading application or production support teams
- Strong understanding of IT service management (incident, problem, change)
- Experience managing vendors and offshore delivery models
- Ability to operate under pressure in time-critical trading environments
- Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
