Safety & Training Specialist (Laclede)

The Safety & Training Specialist is an entry‑level role that supports the site’s health and safety and apprenticeship training programs while gaining hands‑on experience in workplace safety and compliance. Under the guidance of more experienced team members, this position helps observe and support efforts to ensure working conditions align with applicable federal and state requirements. The Specialist assists with carrying out safety‑related activities, participates in training initiatives aimed at reducing workplace incidents, and helps track required training and continuing education. This role also supports recordkeeping and assists with the administration of Department of Labor and Idaho Forest Group apprenticeship programs as part of ongoing learning and development.
