Job Description

Summary

As a temporary maternity leave/Shipping Coordinator, you will become part of our team in Skovlunde, which currently consists of 3 employees. You will be responsible for coordinating all types of transport.

This position is a full-time role from November 1, 2026, until February 28, 2027.

Job Responsibilities

  • Booking and coordination of national and international courier, air, sea, and road transport
  • Daily contact with freight forwarders and colleagues at Bühler
  • Handling of spare parts orders
  • Preparation and checking of export documents, invoicing, and freight rates
  • Daily updating and maintenance of data in SAP (knowledge of SAP is not required)
  • Training in our procedures and work processes
     

Qualifications

You are a newly qualified Shipping Coordinator/Freight Forwarder or have experience from a similar position.

In addition, we imagine that you:

  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and independent 
  • Are helpful and contribute with a positive attitude
  • Can maintain an overview in a busy working day
  • Having good Danish and English skills, both spoken and written
