Expected salary range of $67,023 to $74,471, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Sr. Journeyman HVAC Installer demonstrates the ability to assume a leadership role within the daily work crew, using the basic knowledge of heating, refrigeration and air conditioning replacements and accessories (ex. Air cleaners, humidifiers), to install residential HVAC equipment according to installation instructions, supervisor instructions and all applicable county or city codes.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Provides direction, guidance, and training to other co-workers as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous trouble shooting and repairs.
• Modifies and fabricates sheet metal as needed per installation.
• Identifies electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and safety problems that apply to the installation and takes necessary corrective action.
• Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.

Minimum Qualifications

• State Journeyman HVAC license
• Levels I & II CFC Certification
• 5-years of experience in residential HVAC installations
• Possess necessary sheet metal, refrigeration, and troubleshooting tools required for daily work assignments
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
• Possess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirements
• Willing and available to work overtime when required
