Digital Account Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital engagement plans for key accounts, building sustainable and trusted relationships.
  • Assess customers’ digital needs and promote the effective adoption of OUP digital products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Digital Product team, managing expectations and sharing insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on digital solutions, performance insights and product roadmaps.
  • Consolidate and analyse sales and usage data across the LATAM region.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, digital adoption, renewals and retention.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable insights for commercial teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement, Key Accounts, Digital Product and Technology teams.
  • Ensure all activities comply with OUP policies, regulatory requirements and the OUP Code of Conduct.
