We are currently looking for a Key Account Senior Executive - to be in charge of both sell-in and sell-out for Airconditioner for our MT Channel in South with below information:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of Modern market key account (DMX, Cao Phong and (or) Nguyen Kim) in Panasonic Vietnam and support dealers after sales services
- Making sales orders to fulfil account demand; Full responsibility of product strategy and product display, maintain in dealer outlets. Follow purchase order untill delivery is completed.
- To prepare sell out and market information to negotiate with dealers for sell out campaign, implement sell out activities scheduled by dealers to maximize sell out.
- To observe and train product knowledge to PCs and dealers’ floor salesman.
- Lead and make sure the product display always properly with POP and follow product display strategy.
- Excellent in company product line up and strategy to discuss with dealers for advance quarterly and yearly target and activities to make sure achievement.
- Prepare sell-out and market data to discuss and negotiate with dealers; plan and execute sell-out campaigns and activities to maximize ROI and drive sales performance.
- Work with internal support teams and dealers to generate activities to generate sell out. (OMO activities, Promotion, Training product knowledge for consultant….) Checking execution on both online and offline channels and report.
- Update sales out and sell in situation and propose solutions to achieve target monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Follow and cooperate with other departerment to allocate, re-allocate stock according to forecast and sales situation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- From 3 years of eperiences working in Sales/Business Development in relevant industries. Experience in MT Channel is a plus.
- Possess a thorough understanding and a good approach to Panasonic's products and sales channels (MT).
- Good interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude, willing to learn
- Good communication skill both in English and Vietnamese
- Teamwork spirit
