About The team This role serves as the primary point of contact for sellers, ensuring effective communication, smooth onboarding, and timely issue resolution. By supporting seller enablement, aligning sellers with logistics processes and service standards, and collaborating closely with internal teams, this position enhances seller performance and satisfaction while driving continuous improvements across the logistics network
Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for sellers, ensuring smooth communication & issue resolution
- Support onboarding, documentation, and seller training
- Help sellers understand logistics processes & service standards
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve challenges
- Gather feedback to improve seller satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years experience in the Seller management
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with key stakeholders and partners in Mandarin-speaking markets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good negotiation skills, strong logical thinking, and solution oriented
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
