Job Description
What you will do
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across Real Estate (IFRS16), Order to Cash/Billing, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
- Generate, propose, and implement innovative ideas and automation opportunities across finance processes.
- Proactively identify and create new initiatives and drive them to successful closure.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis within Real Estate (IFRS16), APA, Billing and OTC to resolve functional issues and enhance project outcomes.
- Lead and manage multiple projects independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Billing, APA, Real Estate IFRS16 and GL to ensure seamless execution.
- Support end-to-end finance operations with a focus on quality, governance, and timely delivery.
- Manage automation initiatives to simplify processes and improve optimisation.
- Apply strong IFRS16 understanding to support Real Estate Accounting activities.
- Interpret data effectively, identify patterns, and generate insightful analysis.
