Service Compliance Analyst

Job Description

What you will do

  • Support governance for IT Business Services compliance across Vodafone businesses.
  • Manage Platinum and Gold Service Compliance lists, including periodic updates, data quality checks, alignment with ICMS data, and clean-up activities.
  • Produce monthly, periodic, and ad-hoc compliance reports with accurate and consistent data.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to assess services against compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Service Enablement teams to ensure new services meet required compliance standards.
  • Perform day-to-day operational activities such as business area reviews, service assessments, service upgrade or downgrade requests, and reporting.
  • Communicate regularly and clearly with stakeholders across business lines, technology teams, and management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen stakeholder collaboration.
  • Identify, escalate, monitor, and report risks to resolution to minimise business impact.
  • Participate in governance forums and contribute to the ongoing maturity of compliance processes.
