Job Description:

Will oversee specialty clinics such as Pulmonology, ENT, General Surgery, Sleep, Wound Care, Dermatology, Breast Surgery 

  • Administers practice policies and procedures consistently and timely.

  • Ensures financial performance of practices by maintaining budget expectations and accounting for variances.

  • Coordinates functions of assigned practices including information systems, accounting, HR, payroll, materials management, engineering, and support services. Compiles statistics for practices, including patient encounters.

  • Develops and updates personnel policies.

  • Manages functions of physician practices including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.

  • Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Evaluates subordinates' performance and recommends personnel actions.

  • Assists supervisory personnel with merit increases, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.

  • Screens, interviews, and hires qualified applicants.

  • Designs, recommends, implements, and assists in orientation programs. Maintains accurate personnel records for all staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements. [Required]
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [Required]
• Additional languages [Preferred]
• Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement [Preferred]

Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:
• Major in Health or Business Administration
• Courses in Human Resources, Accounting

Work Experience:
• 5+ of related experience [Preferred]
• Previous management experience in a group practice environment [Required]

Pay Range:

$80,316.11 - $149,399.98
