About the team The Platform Campaign Team is responsible for end-to-end management of campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth cross-functional collaboration. This team seeks a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills, proven experience in campaign operations and management, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a background in strategy planning, project management, or related fields, with a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Monetization strategy development, research and develop annual campaign monetization initiatives, build the business new models
  2. Monetization project/promotion management, implement monetization plans with campaign teams, break into actions and programs, achieve revenue target
  3. Build up infrastructure of monetization stakeholders, including pricing and product strategies etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. E-commerce/Content monetization experience required.
  2. Complex project management capabilities, able to research and design new business models individually.
  3. Good collaborative skills, able to work with various functions to integrate resources and processes.
  4. Fast learning and problem-solving skills, and able to handle 0-1 projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong social media exposure and marketing ability across multiple platforms.
  2. Familiar with TikTok short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus.
  3. Result driven, strategic thinking, data-driven, and hands-on.
