Job Description

About the team The Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience.

About the role As a Campaign Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end execution of large-scale e-commerce promotional campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize resource efficiency and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Own the development and iteration of resource management frameworks for promotional periods, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to monitor resource allocation and ensure seamless launch of all marketing resources.

Project Management & Campaign Execution

  • Lead resource configuration and pre-launch testing in accordance with campaign management systems, coordinating cross-functional team communications, executing system operations, and mitigating risks to ensure stable and on-schedule campaign resources launch.

Marketing Strategy & Creativity

  • Contribute to the planning of diverse marketing mechanics, participate in creative brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive campaign gamification plans and data-driven post-campaign reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive progress across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong observation skills and ability to learn quickly; robust logical thinking and execution capabilities; proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with design tools
  • Meticulous, resilient, and highly responsible; demonstrates passion for e-commerce and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Figma
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
