About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager — Order Management to own and scale our end-to-end fulfilment engine across D2C and B2B operations in the US, Canada, Australia, EU, UK, and GCC markets. Each region is served through dedicated in-country 3PL partners and regional carrier networks; this role runs those networks in parallel and holds them to a common operating standard.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for delivering on-time, in-full orders to customers and trade partners, optimising shipping performance, and driving efficiency across every step from order capture to last-mile delivery. The successful candidate will be a hands-on operator who can balance day-to-day execution with structural process improvement; managing 3PL partners, carrier relationships, returns flows, claims, marketplace fulfilment, and a team focused on hitting tight SLAs across multiple time zones.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end fulfilment operations for D2C, B2B, and marketplace channels across global markets, ensuring on-time dispatch, delivery SLA adherence, and zero order aging beyond defined thresholds.
  • Manage regional carrier, shipping-line, and 3PL relationships across the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and GCC, including SLA negotiations, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost optimisation.
  • Drive operational efficiency by monitoring order-to-fulfilment timelines, identifying bottlenecks across picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery, and leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Track and optimise carrier performance through label-to-delivery analytics, transit-time monitoring, claims management, recovery tracking, and corrective action planning for underperforming lanes.
  • Own fulfilment and warehouse KPIs including OTIF, dispatch SLA, pick accuracy, inventory accuracy, returns turnaround, and overall cost-to-serve performance.
  • Lead reverse logistics and returns operations, including RTO reduction strategies, refund SLA management, return grading workflows, and collaboration with CX and Finance on returns-related impact analysis.
  • Manage B2B retailer fulfilment and marketplace operations, including EDI integrations, ASN compliance, routing-guide adherence, inbound marketplace shipments, and platform health metrics across Amazon, Walmart, Noon, eBay, and regional marketplaces.
  • Oversee peak-season operational readiness for major promotional events by securing carrier capacity, aligning warehouse staffing, stress-testing systems, and leading live operational war-room management.
  • Act as the operations-side owner for OMS, WMS, TMS, carrier APIs, and fulfilment systems while leading cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, budget management, and development of high-performing regional operations teams.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in order management, fulfilment, or supply chain operations, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role managing regional or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success operating large-scale D2C and B2B fulfilment environments across multiple international markets through in-country 3PL and carrier networks.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing global and regional shipping carriers and 3PL partners, including SLA management, carrier negotiations, claims recovery, and performance optimisation.
  • Deep operational knowledge of marketplace fulfilment ecosystems such as Amazon FBA/MCF/Seller Flex, Noon, and other regional platforms, including compliance and account-health management.
  • Solid understanding of B2B wholesale operations, including EDI workflows, retailer compliance standards, routing guides, ASN processes, and chargeback prevention.
  • Advanced command of fulfilment KPIs, SLA design, operational reporting, OMS/WMS/TMS platforms, carrier integrations, and data-driven root-cause analysis to improve operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or experience managing GCC COD/RTO operations and peak-season fulfilment events is highly desirable.
