This role is a hands-on leadership position in the commercial AV installation space, responsible for delivering high-quality, permanent audio-visual systems across a wide range of environments including corporate offices, fitness centers, and large-scale display installations. You will lead on-site crews, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to exact technical specifications. The work combines advanced technical execution with field leadership, requiring both strong installation expertise and the ability to guide and coordinate teams in real time. You will act as the key on-site representative, bridging communication between project management, technicians, and clients. The environment is fast-paced, field-based, and highly accountable, where precision, professionalism, and reliability directly define success. This is a growth-oriented role with a clear progression path into supervisory and project management positions.
