Job Description
This is a call center position responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions, concerns, and service needs related to the Child Support Department. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Under direct supervision and with clearly defined procedures, provides general administrative and clerical support to a department within the organization or the organization as a whole.
