The Customer Brand Intern will support the Customer Brand team in executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing brand assets, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and assisting with day-to-day marketing operations. This role offers ‑hands-on‑ exposure to brand management, campaign planning, content development, and marketing execution within a leading insurance services organisation.
1. Brand & Campaign Support
Support the execution of brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and on ground‑ touchpoints
Assist in rolling out campaigns according to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials
Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution
Support sustenance and always on brand initiatives as ‑required
2. Content & Asset Management
Assist in coordinating and managing marketing assets (e.g. key visuals, videos, copy decks) across different platforms
Support basic content adaptation for various channels (e.g. resizing, caption tweaks, platform specific requirements‑)
Help organise and maintain shared folders, version control, and asset trackers
Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand tone
3. Agency & Vendor Coordination
Support day-to-day coordination with creative, media, and production agencies
Assist in consolidating feedback from internal stakeholders and ensuring timely updates to agencies
Help track artwork submissions, revisions, and final deliveries
Support basic administrative tasks related to agency engagement (e.g. documentation, timelines, cost tracking support)
4. Internal Stakeholder & Approval Support
Assist in coordinating with cross functional teams such as Product, Compliance, Legal, and Distributio‑n
Support the preparation of materials for internal reviews and approval processes
Help ensure marketing materials meet internal governance and compliance requirements before release
Follow up on feedback and approval status to keep projects moving
5. Reporting, Research & Administration
Support basic campaign reporting, post campaign‑ summaries, and presentation deck preparation
Assist with simple market, competitor, or social media research when required
Help with administrative and operational tasks to support the overall Brand & Marketing function
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & Xiaohongshu).
Detail oriented‑ with good organisational and time management‑ skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Basic design skills and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
Able to work in a fast paced‑ environment and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
