Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Package Manager who will be responsible for managing and supervising the installation of rollercoaster rides within a theme park construction project. This role ensures seamless coordination between stakeholders, adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely delivery of project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for rollercoaster installation activities Installation Supervision: Oversee on-site installation, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines Coordination Interface Management: Act as the primary interface between contractors, ride manufacturers, civil works teams, and client representatives to resolve technical and logistical issues Progress Monitoring Reporting: Track project progress against schedule and budget, prepare regular status reports, and escalate risks or delays promptly Quality Safety Assurance: Implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols throughout the installation process Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
