Job Description:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responds to customer inquiries and complaints
- Schedules guest appointments
- Maintains client databases and updating profiles
- Coordinates facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
- Reviews and coordinates information for service providers
- Maintains and/or edits client profiles
- Performs stocking and retail related duties
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous Guest service experience in a Spa, Retail, or similar environment preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have basic mathematical skills and cash handling skills
- Must be comfortable working with computers in a highly energetic and regulated environment
- Must be willing to assist with any Guest requests in a consummately professional, positive, and proactive manner
Work Environment:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the hotel and spa setting, which can be faced-paced. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
