Overview About the role.... We are hiring an Account Director to join a flagship global team working with one of the world’s most recognised consumer health and hygiene organisations. This is a unique opportunity to shape best-in-class media, digital, and adtech delivery across a truly international ecosystem. You’ll sit at the centre of a collaborative global network, partnering with teams across regions to deliver meaningful impact for iconic brands. Lead day-to-day client relationships across global stakeholders, building trust and identifying opportunities for growth Oversee delivery of media, digital, and adtech programmes, ensuring high-quality outputs across multiple markets Drive governance forums (weekly, monthly, quarterly), shaping agendas, actions, and measurable outcomes Manage complex global projects end-to-end, aligning teams on priorities, timelines, and clear ownership Collaborate closely with activation, strategy, finance, and market teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery Identify ways to improve processes, strengthen operational discipline, and enhance ways of working Support innovation and strategic initiatives across digital, commerce, data, and technology programmes Qualifications What you need to succeed.... Experience managing media or marketing accounts, with confidence working across multiple markets and stakeholders Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence at different levels Solid understanding of digital media, adtech, and broader media ecosystems Ability to manage projects with clarity, balancing priorities and ensuring delivery to a high standard Commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and programme performance tracking Collaborative approach, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement Curiosity and a learning mindset, with interest in innovation, AI, and evolving media capabilities #LI-MP1 Additional information zenith International has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
