DESCRIPTION

• Escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.​
• Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes​
• Analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.​
• Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAs​
• Developing of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly tools​
• Selection, design and sourcing of equipment​
• Project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)​
• Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshops

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration​​
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience.​
• Experience at an OEM​
• Substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically in Assembly Equipment Planning and Process Planning.​
• Knowledge of ergonomics and automotive Ergonomics Standards is an advantage​
• Knowledge in Kanban Systematic​
• CATIA
• Willingness to travel​
• Fluent English
• German A2 (is a plus)
• 6 month contract
