Job Function: Service  Job Family: Customer Services Location: Gort, Ireland   Job Overview The French speaking Customer Service Specialist will be supporting the international customer service departments as. The employee will be able to perform the below listed tasks as well as others as deemed necessary by the team’s internal needs.   ESSENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers. Manage the customer service inbox by responding to: Customer purchase orders and inquiries. International sales representative inquiries. Requests from other departments regarding the assigned territory. Provide backup support to team members as required. Enter and process customer orders in accordance with the established Customer Service procedures. Answering calls in adherence to KPI's outline for Customer service department. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Shipping, Manufacturing, RA/QA, and Finance & Order Fulfilment to coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of products. Conduct daily reviews of ERP system reports to ensure timely delivery of orders and proactively inform customers of any delays. Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and customer complaints in line with established departmental procedures. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with agreed timelines set by the International Customer Service Manager. Provide temporary support in other CS territories when peak demand requires additional coverage. Other duties may be assigned. Travel requirements: minimal. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Strong written and spoken French language skills required. A minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training in Customer Service. Previous experience in a manufacturing company and/or in the medical device and/or pharma industry preferred Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, management and cross-functionally for positive customer outcome Ability to, effectively multi-task, work under pressure, make good decisions, and pay close attention to details. Exceptional computers skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Work independently while performing each essential duty with minimal supervision. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales and other internal departments, ability to network and influence others.
