Job Description
- Lead music licensing and agreement management for YouTube across Southeast Asia. This involves establishing, negotiating, and renewing complex agreements with regional labels while overseeing payments and compliance.
- Drive global strategies locally and cultivate strategic relationships with trade organizations and APAC major label headquarters.
- Advocate for partners internally, using data analytics and key performance indicators to forecast growth and identify trends.
- Leverage your understanding of YouTube’s product roadmap to prioritize new business opportunities. Collaboration is essential, you will work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to synchronize go-to-market execution.
- Engage executive leadership to foster sustainable, long-term partnerships, ensuring a partner-centric approach that enhances user experience and drives business expansion.
