$45,760.00

What You'll Do:

•    Enhance employee satisfaction and minimize turnover by utilizing recruitment techniques that will match an applicant with compatible supports and people.
•    Replace lost employees as quickly and economically as possible to avoid disruption in supports and services.
•    Ensure timely and quality hiring for vacant positions in accordance with our process (requisitions, interviewing process, background investigation, reference checks, and offer stage).
•    Utilize the internet to post, review, and coordinate positions and applications as they emerge.
•    Correspond with job applicants to notify them of opportunities. Provide information on the company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants in a timely manner. Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee’s application form; conduct phone interviews when applicable.
•    Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment by screening and referring qualified applicants to hiring managers for interview.
•    Perform further background reference investigations, e.g. prior employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision.
•    Credential applicant and staff to ensure qualifications are met for job; taking into consideration previous experience, education, etc.
•    Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as employee information forms, notifying the department of employee’s starting date and that the requisition for the employee is filled in a timely manner.
•    Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
•    Maintain trainings as required and requested.
•    Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedure and assists in crisis situations.
•    Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
•    Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
•    Driving and travel may be required.
