Job Overview
The Factory Financial Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the manufacturing site in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting results, validating inventory and asset audits, and ensuring accurate financial documentation for internal and external audits.
This position reports to the Plant Controller, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.
Responsibilities
• Operational expense review and analysis.
• Manufacturing variance analysis.
• Period close, including journal entries and accruals.
• Support inventory reporting and product costing.
• Balance sheet account reconciliation.
• Support physical inventory and fixed asset counts.
• On time preparation of information for internal and external audit requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
• Administrative bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience.
• English level: Intermediate.
• SAP ERP experience.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT).
Desired Characteristics
• IMMEX / Maquiladora knowledge, including VAT (IVA).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
