
Campaign Operations Lead , Shopping Center, TikTok Shop

About the team TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
- Lead planning and execution of major promotional events for the UK marketplace. Develop annual marketing strategies, define resource allocation mechanisms and evaluation frameworks to deliver GMV growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, R&D and algorithm teams to enhance the efficiency of promotional tools (e.g. vouchers, discount mechanics) and traffic utilisation, improving user conversion and subsidy effectiveness.
- Drive the proportion of hybrid-funded activities and support the iteration of merchant-facing products – including operational tools, campaign management and data productisation – to help sellers scale investment and operational efficiency.
- Work with user experience teams to optimise the shopping journey during peak sales periods, strengthening user trust and increasing retention and repurchase rates.
- Build marketplace promotional awareness through integrated online and offline initiatives tailored to user habits.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree and above;
- Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages, with the ability to conduct business communication fluently in order to closely work with cross-border teams in China;
- Proven experience in e-commerce campaign management, integrated marketing or large-scale event operations;
- Experience with brand globalization, familiar with UK/Europe market practices;
- Sound knowledge of e-commerce marketing mechanics, with strengths in campaign ideation, data analysis and cross-functional product collaboration;
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills. , self-motivated and quick to adapt in a fast-paced setting;
- Open-minded and curious, with broad interests and a strong sensitivity to marketing trends and shifts in consumer behavior.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Past work experience in an e-commerce marketplace is highly preferred;
- Experience driving large-scale e-commerce campaigns in the UK or Europe, such as Black Friday, Summer Sale, etc. is preferred;
- Proven track record of applying data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies is preferred;
