You’ll be confident leading client conversations, managing timelines and deliverables, and working closely with senior digital leads, account teams, our design team, paid specialists and external partners.
Ideally you’ll be someone who is comfortable with both managing detail and contributing ideas. You’ll bring strong knowledge of social platforms, influencer marketing and paid social, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, useful recommendations. You’ll also support junior team members, helping them develop their skills while ensuring activity runs smoothly across accounts.

Support senior leads in responding to briefs, shaping campaign plans and identifying opportunities for social, influencer and paid activity.
Content and Influencer Management
Oversee the development and delivery of social content plans across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Content development - working with other teams to create and launch campaign content
Support influencer programmes, including talent research, shortlisting, outreach, briefing, content management, contracting and reporting.
Performance and Analysis

Analyse performance data and translate results into clear commentary, recommendations and next steps.
Work with paid specialists to support content promotion and paid social activity across relevant platforms.
Stay up to date with changes across social platforms, creator marketing, paid media, content formats and digital best practice, sharing relevant insights with the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced digital operator: 4 years’ experience in an agency or in-house role, with strong hands-on experience across social and influencer programmes delivery.
Confident client and campaign manager: Comfortable managing day-to-day client relationships, timelines, deliverables, approvals and multiple workstreams at pace.
