We’re searching for a driven Sales Manager to join one of Melbourne’s leading fitness communities in Elsternwick.

The opportunity
As part of the club leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, building community and helping people start their fitness journey.
You’ll be responsible for:
• creating a welcoming first impression for every new member
• connecting with prospective members and helping them find the right solution
• driving membership growth through conversations, outreach and relationships
• creating local community partnerships
• supporting events, activations and member engagement
• contributing ideas to grow and improve the club experience
• helping create a positive, high-performing team culture
This isn’t a role where you sit behind a desk.
