Junior General Accountant

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of our ledger accounts and the integrity of our financial statements. What you’ll do

• Prepare and post journal entries, including amortizations, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Perform regular reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

• Execute month-end close activities efficiently and accurately, maintaining proper financial records in accordance with deadlines.

• Assist in maintaining and enforcing internal accounting controls and facilitating adherence to GAAP and company policies.

• Evaluate existing accounting processes and controls to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing effective solutions.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and invoices, providing insightful information.

What experience you need 

• English B2 level proficiency.

• Microsoft Excel proficiency (70% score)    

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Hands-on proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically Oracle, SAP, or Softland.
