Skills:
Knowledge of Accounts payable and Vendor setup
Ability to consistently meet all deadlines

Ability to type 60-65 words per minute
Knowledge and Experience:
2+ years of experience in accounts payable function Vendor Setups and modifications in Oracle
Resolving Vendor setup Queries
Quality check of vendor setup/Modifications
Enhancement / Adhoc projects initiated by the Department
Cleanup if vendor data in ERP system
Prepare SOP for vendor setup enhancements.
Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures and financial chart of accounts.
Knowledge of Key Process and System controls
Knowledge of ERP & workflow systems
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
