Accounts Receivable Specialist - Makati City

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who has an exceptional track-record of managing incoming payments, ensuring timely billing and collection of receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a critical part in optimizing cash flow, reducing outstanding balances, and supporting overall financial health of the organization. How you will make an impact 

You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong team player requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization.

• You drive accurate billing by issuing timely invoices and resolving discrepancies quickly
• You accelerate collections by proactively managing overdue accounts and securing on-time payments
• You ensure precise cash application by reconciling payments and clearing variances efficiently
• You maintain clean AR records through regular reconciliations and timely reporting (aging, month-end close)
• You deliver strong customer support & process improvements by resolving billing issues and enhancing AR workflows

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be part of the Accounting Operations team and will report directly to the Assistant Accounting Operations Manager.

What will make you successful 

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related business course
• You have 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting; FMCG, shared services, or multinational exposure preferred
• You have a strong background in end-to-end AR processes, including billing, collections, cash application and reconciliation
• You have experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and strong MS Excel skills
• You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
• You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
